Our corporate team partners across the business to transform data into meaningful insights that drive action and improve outcomes.What will you be doing?As aSenior Business Analyst, Data & Insights, you will be a key member of the team responsible for turning complex operational and business data into actionable insights through advanced analytics, reporting, and dashboard development. This role will focus heavily onPower BI development, business intelligence, data visualization, and performance reporting, helping leaders across the organization make data-driven decisions.You will partner with cross-functional teams—including Operations, HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Leadership—to identify business needs, analyze trends, automate reporting, and create scalable dashboards that provide visibility into key organizational metrics. This role requires strong analytical thinking, technical expertise in Power BI, and the ability to translate data into compelling business recommendations.Responsibilities include:Design, build, and maintaininteractive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data modelsto support operational, financial, workforce,
and strategic decision-makingTranslate business requirements intomeaningful reporting solutions and data visualizationsthat improve visibility into organizational performanceAnalyze large and complex datasets to identifytrends, risks, opportunities, and business insightsDevelop and maintainautomated reporting solutions, reducing manual processes and improving reporting efficiency and accuracyPartner with business leaders and stakeholders to define KPIs, performance metrics, and dashboard requirementsCreate scalable reporting structures and governance practices to ensuredata integrity, consistency, and usabilityPerformdata analysis, trend analysis, root cause analysis, and ad hoc reportingto support strategic initiatives and operational prioritiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting infrastructure and optimize business processes through automation and analyticsSupport executive leadership through the development ofpresentation‑ready dashboards, reporting packages, and actionable insightsIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data accessibility throughPower Automate, reporting automation, and system integrationAssist in strategic projects and special analyses as requiredRequirements:Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Analytics, Finance, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field5+ years of experiencein a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, FP&A, or similar analytics-focused role within a medium to large organizationAdvanced proficiency inPower BI,
