Position SummaryIEM is seeking a highly motivated and systems-driven Program Administrator for our preventative maintenance (PM) program in Surrey, B.C. The Program Administrator will report to the Plant Facilities Manager and assist in administering and maintaining processes as we transition from a reactive, ticket-based maintenance system to a structured, data-driven reliability program using our CMMS, MaintainX. This position requires 100% in‑office presence in our Surrey, B.C. offices and does not offer work from home.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and optimize MaintainX, expanding its use from a ticketing tool into a comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance platform.Build and maintain accurate asset hierarchies, maintenance schedules, and job plans within the CMMS.Drive PM compliance and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as uptime, MTBF, and maintenance completion rates.Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to identify equipment reliability issues and implement sustainable, long‑term solutions.Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring proper PM integration from day one.Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, root causes,



and continuous improvement opportunities.Establish and manage spare parts planning and inventory strategies to minimize downtime risk.Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and operational standards.Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization.Qualifications3+ years of experience in maintenance planning, reliability engineering, or industrial maintenance.Proven experience developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.Solid understanding of industrial equipment, machinery, and maintenance best practices.Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.Self‑starter with the ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.Demonstrated career ambition with a track record of growth and increasing responsibility; highly promotablewith the potential to take on broader leadership roles within a quick‑paced, high‑growth organization.Hands‑on experience with a CMMS platform preferred – MaintainX, a plus.CompensationSalary: $29–$31 per hour, with adjustments for internal equity and other factors.
