Bradbosh Landscaping and Snow Removal Inc. has an opening for a Project Manager for our Construction division which rolls into a Plowing / Sanding Supervisor position in winter. Under the direction of the general manager and proprietors you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited too:

Construction:

- Plans and schedules key construction activities for each week and establishes production priorities in keeping with project schedules and budget.
- Coordinate, manage, and motivate the day-to-day activities of crew members and sub-contractors.
- Participate in construction activities and support your team in accomplishing daily production targets.
- Implement operating methods and procedures designed to improve productivity and product quality
- Review all project specifications, the scope of work, and site conditions with the Proprietor and help establish project schedules and priorities.
- Identify hazards and other potential obstacles during project construction and recommend potential solutions.
- Responsible for overall health & safety of crew members and job site, including training, incident reporting, and enforcement.
- Provide coaching, training, performance evaluation, and communicate job expectations to direct reports.
- Identify needs for supplies, materials, & equipment and report to the Superintendent at the beginning of each week.
- Identify requirements for tools & equipment and ensure their availability prior to project construction.
- Accountable for assigned truck, trailer, bobcat,



and other tools/equipment to ensure their safe operation and maintenance.
- Conduct daily reviews of project production status with the Proprietor and resolve on-site operational, human resource, and technical problems to minimize the impact on project schedule and budget.
- Develop and maintain client relationships for each project and ensure that any issues that can affect the contract are reported to the Proprietor.
- Prepare and approve all daily timesheets for crew members coded to the proper job
- Practice, encourage and enforce company corporate values.

SKILLS

- Valid Class 5 license
- Experience in operating equipment, including but not limited to Skid Steers, loaders, plow trucks
- Ability to drive truck and trailer
- Assist manager in logistics, specific but, not limited to: routing, troubleshooting – problems that arise
- Ensure teams are working safely and efficiently through direct supervision
- Mechanically inclined (able to fix small mechanical issues at a minimum)
- Conduct investigations when incidences occur and notify management immediately
- Ability to maintain simple records and make verbal reports
- Strong adherence to Bradbosh safety policies and protocol

EXPERIENCE

- 3 – 5 years of relevant experience, Preference will be given to those with snow removal and landscape construction experience.
- 3 – 5 years Leadership / management experience
- 3 – 5 years Landscape Construction
