Supporting the EPS Team: Provide the Book of Business (BOB) listing to the EPS team and collaborate to identify high-priority policies (e.G., Universal Life YRT policies, Whole Life policies with loans or premium offsets). Gather and deliver essential documentation, including Original illustration, current statements, in-force illustrations, and Term renewal spreadsheets. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track review progress, and set reminders for future policy reviews. Address questions or concerns related to policy reviews and ensure seamless support for the EPS team. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Bilingual in FR/ENG Full Insurance Licensed (LLQP) Minimum of 3-5 years in insurance or financial services or similar role Post-secondary studies in a related field Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with accuracy Proven track record of delivering high-level client service Excellent verbal and written communication skills What’s in it for you?
