We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Community Team.Do not apply for this role if you do not have a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.About the teamThis team specialises in supporting vulnerable adults 18+ within the community and play a key role in supporting them to live as independently and protected as possible. The team complete community DoLS, CoP assessments and core safeguarding assessments to ensure the right support and intervention is provided. The care needs that this team deal with are massively varied so strength based practice is important to personalise support plans.About youIt is essential to have a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years' experience within adult's social work. Being able to use your own initiative, manage a complex caseload and be able to work as part of a team are all essential for this position.
