Service Representative (SaskTel Stores – Incented Sales Rep)Location: Yorkton, SKType of Position: Permanent Part‑TimeNumber of Positions: 1Closing Date: 06/01/2026Salary: $27.97/hour (plus an annual incentive commission of up to $6,944)Position OverviewRepresents SaskTel in sales‑incented, face‑to‑face residential and business customer contacts. Provides an exceptional customer experience, representing customers’ best interests, determining customer needs, recommending solutions, and finalizing the sale of products and services. Ensures all internal procedures are completed to support a positive customer experience.Typical Duties & ResponsibilitiesPersuasively promote products and/or services on an initiated and/or demand basis in a competitive environment to meet sales targets.Determine customer needs and recommend solutions, utilizing support personnel as required.Handle device hardware and accessory setup, review customer contracts, and educate/inform customers about their services.Develop and maintain a working knowledge of SaskTel’s products, services, systems, and pricing options.Respond to customer inquiries/complaints and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner to meet customer service and productivity targets, and contribute to positive survey results.Arrange customer security deposits, handle cash and payments, reconcile daily sales, and prepare bank deposits.Capture customer requirements, review request work orders for accuracy,



and correct errors or omissions on customer accounts.Participate in sales campaigns and retention activities on an initiated and/or demand basis.Maintain related reports.Manage retail sales, product returns, repairs, trade shows, equipment demonstrations, product displays, and attend customer premises as required.Monitor and administer stock inventory for products available through the retail outlet.Assist other internal departments as required.QualificationsAt least 2 years of sales experience, with working knowledge of techniques to persuasively promote products and services.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence, persuade, and deal effectively with others.Working knowledge of SaskTel’s products and services.Analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.Working knowledge of personal computers and various software applications.Ability to multi‑task, plan and organize independently and in a public environment.Ability to work under continual pressure and adapt to a constantly changing work environment.Keyboarding skills of 20WPM.Successful completion of prescribed training courses.BenefitsCompetitive salaries, comprehensive health and dental plans, pension plans, flexible work arrangements, paid time off, training, and more.
