Avana is on the lookout for dedicated Skilled Construction Labourers to assist with our growing residential projects. The ideal candidate should be completing or have completed a First Year Carpenter Apprenticeship. This role requires reliability, solid attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site throughout various stages of property construction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean construction sites and manage waste efficiently
• Maintain construction areas, tidying homes during builds




• Install temporary handrails and deliver materials as needed
• Support the maintenance of existing properties
• Assist with drywall checks and other on-site tasks
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of carpentry tools and techniques necessary
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in various weather
• Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
• Satisfactory background check required prior to hire
• Must have own tools and CSA-approved boots
