We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction, on‑time delivery, and within‑budget completion. Responsibilities Lead construction projects from initial planning through to final delivery. Create detailed scopes of work, accurate cost estimates, and budgets for all fit‑out aspects. Manage project schedules and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers. Oversee the tender process, issue tenders, review submissions, and negotiate contracts. Communicate effectively with clients, design team, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with city inspections, building codes, permits, safety, and health regulations. Manage deficiencies and ensure timely resolution before project closeout, preparing comprehensive closeout packages. Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to timelines,



providing transparent reports to senior management and clients. Utilize construction management software and project tracking tools to manage resources and timelines. Qualifications Minimum 5 years managing office and medical fit‑out projects. Experience creating scopes of work and budgets for construction projects.
