In this Dishwasher role, you'll ensure all dishware, pots, and pans are cleaned and sanitized following our strict procedures. Your efforts will help maintain an organized and sanitary kitchen workplace, contributing significantly to our catering events. You might find yourself polishing silverware and handling various cleaning tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Use polishing machinery to maintain silverware quality
• Keep dish and kitchen areas orderly and clean
• Wash work surfaces and equipment on schedule
• Manage trash disposal correctly
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid Food Handler Certificate
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Dishwashing experience preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with industrial washing machines is advantageous
• Physically capable of performing all duties
