This role focuses on improving layouts, workflows, and production efficiency while partnering closely with shop floor teams to solve real operational problems. The ideal candidate is analytical, comfortable in fast‑paced environments, and enjoys being on the floor working directly with operators, supervisors, and leadership to drive continuous improvement.What you’ll doDesign and update facility and workstation layouts using CAD toolsReview current layouts and workflows to identify waste and bottlenecksPlan equipment and workstation placement to reduce movement and handlingLead Lean initiatives including Kaizen events, Gemba walks, value stream mapping,
