You’ll manage our shared inbox and phone line, assist with client communication, and collaborate closely with lawyers and Client Success Managers to keep files moving efficiently. You’ll work closely with lawyers and Client Success Managers to ensure smooth real estate closings — handling documentation, coordinating timelines,
