Rural Recruitment Incentives Flat Fee: $39,703.68 annually ($9,925.92 paid quarterly) paid to any physician that permanently resides and practices in an eligible RSA community for a minimum 9 months per year and bills equal to or greater than $75,000 in the previous calendar year. Fee Premium (%): 25.62% paid on top of MSP billings or service contracts. In order to claim the Fee Premium, you must be physically located in the RSA community.
