As an Actuarial Analyst, you will collaborate with a small team under the supervision of an experienced actuary. Your responsibilities include performing analyses related to defined perks pension plans, executing both standard and ad hoc reports, and learning regulatory policies. This role is critical for ensuring accuracy and compliance in actuarial duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform calculations for defined benefit pension plans
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc actuarial reports
• Conduct simple analysis and participate in studies
• Identify weaknesses and mitigate operational risks
• Collaborate on special projects as required
Requirements:
• Degree in Actuarial studies, Mathematics, or related fields
• Experience in defined benefit plan administration
• Knowledge of plan design and regulatory compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access
• Bilingual in French and English
