The craft values independence, accountability, and continuous growth.Job DescriptionThis role supports a large, integrated life sciences account, helping lead day-to-day medical affairs work while acting as a trusted client partner. The Senior Consultant will combine strong scientific expertise with consulting rigor to deliver high-quality outputs across evidence synthesis, strategy, and execution. This role works closely with client stakeholders and cross-functional Klick teams. The position is hybrid and based in Toronto.What You’ll DoLead day-to-day medical affairs delivery for a large integrated client account in partnership with senior client stakeholdersSynthesize clinical trial data,



publications, and real-world evidence into transparent medical and strategic outputsDevelop competitive intelligence, evidence narratives, and medical strategy deliverables for life sciences clientsManage projects and workstreams, including timelines, stakeholders, and quality of deliverablesIdentify and advance new opportunities within the account, contributing to growth and long-term partnershipQualificationsRequired:Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in life sciences, biomedical sciences, pharmacy, or a related scientific disciplineMedical affairs experience within industry, consulting, or agency environments, with demonstrated client-facing responsibilityExperience synthesizing clinical evidence and data into strategic insights, presentations, or medical deliverablesProven project leadership experience managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and parallel workstreamsLife sciences experience with the ability to work independently and own day-to-day client relationshipsDesired:Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets doneExperience supporting business development, identifying growth opportunities,



or contributing to proposalsExperience with competitive intelligence within medical affairs environmentExposure to KOL or stakeholder identification and engagement strategyDiabetes within a medical affairs contextAdditional InformationThis posting is for a newly created role at Klick.The base salary range for this position is between CAD $110,000 - $160,000.
