you will:Hold a Degree in Kinesiology with a focus on psychomotor behaviour and exercise rehabilitationDemonstrate experiencedeveloping,implementing, evaluating, and modifyingphysical and/or cognitive exercise programs based on the needs of the residentsDisplay a caring and respectful attitude toward our residents, families, and team membersUnderstand the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the roleIt would be an asset if our new PAL Coordinator has:Registration with the College of Kinesiologists of OntarioKnowledge of relevant policies, procedures, legislation, regulations and best practices a Experience and/or desire to provide educational sessions/ seminarsDemonstratedexperience working with seniors and/or persons with cognitive or physical impairmentsExperience working in the retirement and long-term care sector (eg.
