OVERVIEWWe’re partnering with a leading North American organization on a high-impact transformation within their operations function. This role sits at the intersection of process optimization, automation, and digital transformation, supporting a multi-year strategy focused on improving efficiency, scalability, and data integrity.You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing large-scale process improvements—working closely with senior leadership, business partners, and technology teams to move from current-state challenges to future-state solutions.$72/hourly (T4) $83/hourly (Incorporated)Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)Duration: 12 months (with robust extension potential)Start Date: ASAPHours: 37.5/weekRESPONSIBILITIESLead end-to-end process analysis (current state future state), identifying opportunities for simplification, automation, and optimizationPartner with business and technology teams to design solutions leveraging AI, automation, and digital toolsSupport the development and execution of a multi-year transformation roadmapBuild key project deliverables including:Business cases and cost-benefit analysisProcess maps and improvement frameworksProject charters and status reportingDrive change management activities, including stakeholder alignment, communication planning, and training supportAct as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (Director/VP level), helping guide decisions with data and insightsMentor and guide junior team members,
