Location: 2800 Highway 90 W, Avondale, Louisiana 70094

Responsibilities

- Assist customers with questions and recommendations
- Manage sales transactions while working the assigned cash register
- Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
- Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
- Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks; stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards
- Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining skilled and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and general neatness
- Other duties as assigned

Skills And Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling,



and repetitive lifting
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills
