As a Delivery Driver at Merkley, you will be a vital part of our community-focused team, dedicated to ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high service standards. You’ll verify delivery paperwork, perform vehicle inspections, and operate company vehicles in compliance with legal requirements. Represent Merkley with professionalism, either independently or when interacting with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely deliver materials to customer sites in a timely manner
• Verify delivery paperwork against materials being delivered
• Complete all compliance documentation accurately
• Perform daily pre-use vehicle inspections
• Provide courteous customer service at all times
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario or Quebec AZ driver’s license
• Ability to operate vehicles with standard transmission
• Forklift certification required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
