Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a Cost Controller with experience in utilities, transit, or heavy civil infrastructure projects to support cost management, forecasting, and reporting activities across this program. The position reports to the Project Controls Director and works closely with project teams, finance, scheduling, procurement, and commercial management.ResponsibilitiesSupport proposal, estimating, and project start‑up activities to ensure alignment between approved estimates, budgets, and cost baselinesDevelop and maintain the Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), cost accounts, and budget distribution aligned to utilities, civil, and systems scopesEstablish and maintain project cost control systems, including Earned Value Management (EVM), rules of credit, KPIs, and dashboardsEnsure compliance with client and public‑sector reporting requirements, including progress reporting, KPIs, and
