Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage full-cycle recruitment

Our consumer business client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage full-cycle recruitment and high-volume Early Careers hiring using applicant tracking systems

Join a high-volume recruitment team supporting Early Careers hiring initiatives across potash operations in Saskatchewan and nitrogen operations in Alberta. This role manages the recruitment lifecycle from applicant review through offer acceptance, supporting interns, co-op students, and current graduate hiring while managing multiple active requisitions. The engagement supports a critical recruitment period with strong onboarding provided upfront and the expectation of quickly becoming self-sufficient. Potential extension opportunities may be available for strong performers.

Must Haves

- 3+ years in a client-facing full-cycle recruitment role managing high-volume recruitment
- Applicant tracking systems and requisition management
- Early Careers recruitment supporting interns, co-op students, and new graduate hiring
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, Finance, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered

Nice to Have

- Recruitment experience within mining, potash, agriculture, industrial, manufacturing, or raw materials sectors
- High-volume campus recruiting experience
- Interest in longer-term recruitment opportunities

Responsibilities

- Support Retail business priorities by delivering talent to the business
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including candidate screening, short-listing, interviewing, and selection
- Liaise with hiring leaders to create Diversity, Equity and Inclusion recruitment strategies
- Guide hiring leaders through the hiring process and talent selection activities
- Assist stakeholders with candidate reviews and recruitment activities
- Participate in business discussions to support talent delivery priorities
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities

Contract, Saskatoon, Onsite, Working Hours: 8am- 5pm

Must Haves

- 3+ years in a client-facing full-cycle recruitment role managing high-volume recruitment
- Applicant tracking systems and requisition management
- Managing 50–60 active requisitions during peak recruitment periods
- Early Careers recruitment supporting interns, co-op students, and new graduate hiring
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, Finance, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered
