We want our consultants to be the go to people in the market.Your role as a Recruitment ConsultantAchieving monthly and quarterly fee targetsSourcing candidates through advertising, search and networkingInterviewing, selection and assessment of candidatesBusiness development activity targeting new and existing clients, including research, canvass calls, and quality callsDeveloping and maintaining an expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market recruited inPreparing candidates and clients for interviewEnsuring that all clients and candidates receive the highest possible level of serviceCompleting all candidate and client information on database system and keeping information up to dateWhat we are looking for1- 3 years previous sales or recruitment experienceProven experience of working in agency recruitment or in sales, but we are open to ambitious people with other backgrounds who are willing to learn.Strong organisational skills:
