OverviewAs an Equipment Associate at United Rentals, you will perform a variety of manual tasks to ensure smooth Trench Safety branch operation. Your primary objective will be to provide labor assistance in preparing customer orders and maintaining trench safety equipment.This highly team-oriented position requires dependability, focus on safety, understanding and following procedures, and attention to detail. Excellence in this challenging and rewarding position paves the way for advancement prospect into our Driver development program.What You'll DoAssemble, load and unload equipment, assist with deliveries and prepare equipment for rentalPerform routine checks on rental equipment to ensure it is safe and in good working orderVerify delivery tickets and returns for accuracyGreet customers and assist with customer inquiries about equipmentSuggest equipment and supplies to meet customer needsOther duties assigned as neededRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordExperience operating medium to large forklifts preferredKnowledge of trench safety equipment is an advantage but not requiredSome knowledge of computers and phone appsSuperior customer service, teamwork,
