The role plays a critical part in a large‑scale enterprise‑wide ERP transformation, combining strategic leadership with hands‑on execution of data migration across multiple systems.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and implement data governance standards, policies, and processes.Lead data migration efforts across ERP, CRM, and financial systems.Develop data mapping, validation, and cutover plans.Ensure data quality through profiling, cleansing, and monitoring.Collaborate with Finance, IT, Operations, and external partners.Act as the central owner of data readiness across all workstreams.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or related field.Minimum 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or master data administration.Proven experience leading data migration within ERP transformation programs.Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;)
