Key Responsibilities:
• Provide primary care for Emergency/Trauma patients • Assess and intervene based on patient needs • Educate patients and families on care plans • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams • Advocate for patient-centered care approaches
Requirements: • Current registration with the Ontario College of Nurses • Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred • Two years of recent Emergency experience required • Current B.C.L.S. and A.C.L.S. certifications • Demonstrated critical thinking and communication skills
