Key Responsibilities:
• Energetically welcome and hype up guests
• Manage guest flow and cover charge processes
• Conduct ID checks and ensure entry safety
• Maintain order and safety at the front of house
• Report incidents and coordinate with the security personnel
Requirements:
• Experience in nightlife or customer service roles
• Robust communication and social skills essential
• Evening availability from Thursday to Sunday needed
• Required Serving It Right certification
• Must be able to withstand long periods outdoors
