Job DescriptionYou will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement. The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings. This role is a fixed‑term contract, ending on December 31st, 2026.What You Will DoSupport the New Accounts team in opening and reviewing new accounts into the Dataphile environment in a timely manner.Manage a broad range of account lifecycle and client maintenance activities, updating accounts across multiple systems and ensuring documents are in good order in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.Provide clear instructions to clients regarding any deficiencies to ensure an Effortless Experience.What You NeedPost‑secondary education or equivalent work experience.1–2 years of experience in the financial services industry.Familiarity with various account types, including Non‑Registered Accounts (Cash, Margin, Joint, etc.) and Registered Accounts (RRSPs, TFSA, RESP, etc.).Strong MS Excel skills.AssetsKnowledge of or experience in the brokerage industry.Completion of, or enrolment in, a financial services industry program (e.G.,
