ResponsibilitiesAssess and evaluate patient’s physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.Provide hands‑on therapy, exercises, and other interventions to improve patients’ mobility, strength, and function.Assessing, diagnosing and providing effective treatment to the patient.Working with EHC, WSIB and MVA patients and have detailed knowledge of documentation.Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for managing their conditions and preventing further injury.Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.RequirementsBachelor's or master’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related fieldMust be registered and have valuable standing with College of Physiotherapist of OntarioExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skillsThis is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
