Senior Automation Quality Assurance Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional business teams in an agile environment for customer-facing applications

Hybrid in Edmonton or Calgary

Must haves:

- 7+ years’ experienceworking as a Senior Automation QA Analyst
- Experience developing test cases/scenarios and coordinating system testing or user acceptance testing.
- Senior level experience with regression testing
- Experience working with Worksoft
- Experience on agile development teams is beneficial.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Visio and experience with ALM, UFT, CFactory and Jira.
- Hands-on project experience with at least one Test Automation and Test Management toolset on at least one enterprise level application development project would be considered an asset.
- Decision-making ability and demonstrated leadership are essential.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to recognize symptoms, diagnose causes and identify alternative solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and meet the challenges of a fast-paced changing environment.
- A related technical degree or diploma is required.

Nice to haves:

- Experience as a QA Lead on projects is desired.
- Experience in an Oracle environment using TOAD would be considered an asset.
- Working knowledge of/experience with Project Management body of knowledge and software development methodologies would be beneficial.
