One of our automotive manufacturing clients located nearby Tillsonburg, ON is looking for an Engineering Manager (Welding) .Pay – 110K-120KKey ResponsibilitiesLead and support the implementation of new manufacturing and welding programs, ensuring successful execution from initial planning through program launchMonitor and follow up on current program activities to ensure quality, productivity, and equipment efficiency targets are achievedPrepare and maintain engineering documentation, including reports, charts, and records required for projects and complianceDevelop investment cost justifications and support capital expenditure planning for new equipment and processesSupport the implementation of engineering changes, quality improvements, productivity enhancements, and cost reduction initiativesEstablish and improve engineering methods, standards, and procedures to support operational excellenceProvide technical leadership by mentoring,
