The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end QA strategy, automation, and defect management while collaborating closely with business, development, and project stakeholders. This role requires hands‑on testing expertise, leadership capability, and strong knowledge of Guidewire configurations and integrations.Key Skills & Expertise:Solid hands‑on experience in Guidewire InsuranceSuite testing (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)Deep understanding of Guidewire configurations, product models, rating, workflows, PCFs, and integrationsExperience in API testing (SOAP/REST), UI testing, and data validation (SQL)Automation expertise using Selenium (Java), Guidewire Testing Framework (GTF), REST Assured, Postman, ReadyAPIStrong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOpsProven ability to lead onsite/offshore QA teamsExcellent communication, stakeholder management,
and analytical skillsExperience / Requirements:5+ years of QA experience with strong exposure to Guidewire implementationsProven experience leading end-to-end QA lifecycle for Guidewire projectsHands‑on experience in functional, integration, regression, and UAT testingStrong experience in automation strategy and regression suite maintenanceExperience validating business rules, configurations, and product modelsAbility to estimate QA efforts, identify risks, and manage dependenciesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)Responsibilities:Develop and own the end-to-end QA strategy for Guidewire projectsCreate detailed Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test CasesLead and coordinate testing across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and digital integrationsDrive automation strategy and enhance regression automation coverageLog, track, and analyze defects; perform root cause analysisCollaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and validate fixesMentor QA team members, review test artifacts, and ensure best practicesPrepare status reports, support release planning, and ensure timely QA deliverablesMaintain documentation including traceability matrices and sign-offsAct as a bridge between business, development, and project stakeholdersIf you’re interested in exploring this opportunity or learning more, please share your updated resume at #J-18808-Ljbffr
