In this role you will:Prepare all support materials for Investment Management Workshop (IMW)Provide daily administrative and IMW support to the Vice President’s, Systemized SolutionsEnsure all IMW information is accurately recorded in SalesforcePrepare all month end reportingProvide miscellaneous administrative support to all members of the SST on an as needed basisParticipate in special projects when requiredFollow up with IMW participants during the facilitation and transition phases of the IMWSolicit feedback and offer support throughout the processKeep current on trends, initiatives and regulatory changes that could impact the Advisor and their systemKeep the Dynamic ISR’s up to date on IMW progress with their advisorsWork with Advisor’s and their Staff on IMW implementation, including but not limited to,



Morningstar Training when necessaryThe SSR will approach their role from a team perspective ensuring their actions are ecological with both the VPSS and the Advisor’s that are participating in the WorkshopThey will proactively engage with other SST members during conference calls and team meetings by offering feedback, suggestions and solutions designed to enhance our team and the Investment Management Workshop we facilitateThey will establish and maintain strong working relationships with all members of the Systemized Solutions Team and the broader based Dynamic Sales Teams with a solid emphasis on the SSR /ISR relationshipDo you have the skills to enable you to be successful in this role? We would love to work with you if you have:CSC or IFIC is requiredCFA or CIM would be an assetMinimum 3 years experience in an administrative or customer service roleExperience in a team environmentRecord of progression into roles with increasing responsibility within the financial services industry; Strong working knowledgeof MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Outlook) with an intermediate to advanced proficiency with ExcelUndergraduate degree in a related field such as business administration, commerce or finance, or equivalent work experienceWe value the unique skills and experiences each individual brings to the
