Job Title: Electrician (Journeyman and Apprentice)Job DescriptionThis role involves working on a mix of commercial and residential construction projects, including tenant improvements, with a strong focus on conduit bending, wire pulls, and support for controls and automation work. You will contribute to both rough‑in and finishing tasks, assist with general site clean‑up, and have the prospect to grow into controls and automation responsibilities over time.ResponsibilitiesWork on commercial and residential construction and tenant improvement projects as part of a site‑based electrical team.Bend and install electrical conduit up to 1 inch, ensuring accurate measurements, proper alignment, and secure fastening.Pull, route, and terminate electrical wiring in accordance with project specifications and electrical codes.Assist with residential rough‑in work, including installing boxes, running cable, and preparing circuits for inspection.Support residential and commercial finishing work, such as installing devices, fixtures, and trim components.Perform general site clean‑up and maintain a tidy, safe, and organized work area.Follow fall pro and fall protection procedures when working at heights or in elevated work areas.Use aerial work platforms (AWP) and other access equipment safely and in compliance with training and site rules.Support low‑voltage, HVAC controls, and automation‑related tasks as directed by advanced electricians.Collaborate with the team and ownership on controls and automation projects,



learning new systems and technologies on the job.Travel between sites across the city and surrounding areas as required, arriving punctually and prepared for each shift.Use and maintain personal hand tools and power drill in good working condition.Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and electrical codes throughout each project.Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates to clarify tasks, resolve issues, and ensure project deadlines are met.Why Work Here?You will join a team that offers the possibility of long‑term employment and genuine career growth in the controls and automation space. so you must be comfortable performing repetitive, hands‑on installation work. Typical shifts run either 7:00 a.M. to 4:00 p.M. or 8:00 a.M. to 5:00 p.M., depending on project requirements. The environment is that of active commercial and residential construction sites, requiring the use of personal hand tools, power drills, fall protection, and aerial work platforms as needed. Travel between sites is required, and you will receive site details before starting each assignment.
