LAURIN is seeking an HSE Coordinator with 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction safety roles. Your responsibilities will include developing Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs) and ensuring regulatory compliance for a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will hold NCSO certification and have familiarity with COR programs, ideally COR 2020.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate site safety orientations and training sessions
• Monitor compliance during formal and informal inspections
• Lead incident reporting and corrective action initiatives
• Manage EHS documentation using SiteDocs software
• Oversee Joint Health and Safety Committee meetings
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of construction safety experience
• NCSO certification is mandatory
• Proven experience with SSSPs and ERPs
• Familiarity with COR programs, preferably COR 2020
• Strong communication and organizational skills
