Responsibilities Lead Global Consolidation: Drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of multiple international entities. IFRS Mastery: Review and post IFRS month‑end journals, ensuring all documentation is rigorous and audit‑ready. Audit & Compliance: Support quarterly reviews, annual audits, and collaborate with Compliance to ensure timely regulatory filings. Intercompany Management: Develop and maintain seamless routines for intercompany balance reconciliations and settlements. Process Improvement: Operate within a high‑standard internal controls environment while identifying opportunities to streamline and improve routines. Qualifications & Experience CPA designation (or equivalent) with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, ideally within a publicly traded company. Proven experience managing group consolidations in a global, multi‑currency environment. Solid knowledge of IFRS is essential; experience with US GAAPis a significant plus. Proficiency in accounting software (Oracle preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
