Digital Project ManagerLocation: Calgary, ABWork Arrangement: 4 days per week in officeContract Term: 8 monthsPosition OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Digital Project Manager to lead and deliver key projects in alignment with organizational strategy and objectives. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from planning and execution to monitoring and completion—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical understanding, and stakeholder management expertise, with a proven ability to drive complex digital, cybersecurity, or infrastructure projects forwardKey ResponsibilitiesDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectivesDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structuresForecast and manage resource allocation effectivelyPrepare and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targetsTrack project progress and costs; implement adjustments as requiredProvide consistent and transparent updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and changesManage vendor and supplier relationships, including contract oversight and deliverablesApply project management best practices, tools,
and methodologies throughout executionMonitor performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvementLead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across stakeholdersManage risks, issue, and change control processesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field5–10 years of project management experienceProven experience delivering projects across the full lifecycleStrong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practicesDemonstrated ability to manage cybersecurity and/or infrastructure projectsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsStrong leadership, facilitation, and time management capabilitiesExceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsExperience managing budgets, timelines, and project deliverablesPreferred QualificationsProject Management Skilled (PMP) certificationDegree in Business Administration or related disciplineExperience in proposal writingStrong negotiation, collaboration, and conflict resolution skillsKnowledge of change management and performance evaluation processes#J-18808-Ljbffr
