What You’ll Need
- Must be a Red Seal Journeyperson
- Ability to interpret all types of drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
- Experience inspecting, repairing, installing, connecting, servicing, and calibrating electrical equipment and circuits in underground and surface operations
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and electronic circuits, system controls, and protection devices
- Basic welding skills for installing electrical equipment
- Ability to inspect, repair, and test mine hoist and auxiliary equipment
