In this role, you will spend roughly 70% of your time hands‑on-keyboard architecting and writing complex custom APEX code, and 30% acting as an internal SME on back-office operational workflows as they relate to Salesforce.ResponsibilitiesThis is not a plug‑and‑play role. You’ll be joining a growing team where some processes are mature and others need to be built from scratch.You should be comfortable operating independently and as a team lead: defining workflows, gathering advice for decisions, and occasionally stepping into light project coordination to keep work moving across a developer team.Partnering with a Product Owner and alongside our internal technical and operational teams, you will build the backend APEX architecture that powers our custom Salesforce instances, Experience Cloud apps, and Lightning Web Component (LWC) interfaces.You will directly support a dedicated front‑end team,
