This role requires full ownership of project scope, budget, timelines, and resource management while delivering high-quality solutions aligned to business objectives. The ideal candidate brings robust consultative skills, enterprise-level project leadership experience, and expertise in PMI-based project methodologies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end HCM system implementation and enhancement projectsDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholdersDevelop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocationTrack and manage project budgets, hours, and cost utilization; proactively identify and mitigate overagesManage scope changes through formal change control processes, assessing impact on cost, timeline, and effortMaintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, risk logs,



issue logs, status reports, and meeting documentationCoordinate cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and third-party partnersProvide consultative guidance based on system best practices and project expertiseFacilitate status meetings, executive updates, and problem-solving discussionsEnsure accurate updates within project tracking, time tracking, and billing systemsIdentify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project deliveryRequired QualificationsMandatory hands-on experience with HCM system implementations10+ years of project management experience leading large, complex enterprise projectsStrong knowledge of PMI-based project management methodologiesProven experience managing project budgets and resource trackingExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skillsStrong documentation and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office tools including MS ProjectPreferred QualificationsPMP or PMI certificationExperience with enterprise HRIS platformsExperience improving or re-engineering business processes
