Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and deliver food and beverages to guest rooms
• Manage restaurant reservations and room service orders via phone
• Support the food and beverage team by bussing tables




• Prepare meeting rooms and hospitality suites thoroughly
• Follow established service procedures for guest satisfaction
Requirements:
• Serving it Right certification or equivalent
• Exceptional customer service and professionalism
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
• Previous food and beverage experience is an asset
