You as Accounting Manager will:Assist with month-end internal financial reporting processes and financial reporting to managementAssist with the year-end external auditPrepare monthly financial reporting packages for joint venture partners and other external stakeholdersParticipate in financial reporting, analysis, and control assessments for joint ventures and partnershipsPerform research on technical accounting matters, and accounting standards analysis for new transactionsIdentify risk areas, research and evaluate best practices, and design, recommend, implement and monitor controls and other processesParticipate in special projects as they arise, which may involve acquisition due-diligence and closing, accounting system conversions, and internal control reviewsIs this the right role for you?You hold a CPA designationYou have a strong accounting background, with experience in ASPEExperience in public accounting is an assetMinimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experienceYou are a well-organized, proactive and detail oriented individual able to self-manage and work as part of a team in a dynamic fast paced environmentYou are a highly technical accountant that has strong attention to detail and can offer process improvements and innovative solutionsYou possess strong computer skills,
