- Connect with and follow up with warm leads
- Build rapport and understand homeowner needs
- Answer questions and handle objections
- Schedule appointments for our sales team

Full-Time Schedule Options

- Thursday–Monday | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM





Starts onsite in Byron Center with potential hybrid/remote flexibility after 90 days based on training completion and KPI performance.

- Hourly base + uncapped bonuses
- Typical earnings of $50,000–$70,000/year
