This role requires a blend of technical expertise, security knowledge, and software development skills to ensure the integrity and safety of our radio products.Your roleDesign, develop, and implement secure radio software solutions, with a strong emphasis on product and production security.Conduct security assessments and vulnerability analyses on radio software systems.Utilize scanning tools such as Black Duck and Truffle Hog to identify and mitigate potential security risks in the software.Perform penetration testing using tools like Burp Suite to identify vulnerabilities and strengthen system defenses.Manage and optimize build environments, including working with Makefiles, Gerrit, and Jenkins.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures throughout the software development lifecycle.Stay updated on the latest security threats and best practices in radio software development and implement appropriate countermeasures.Your skills and experience5+ years of experience in software development: C++/Python, with at least 3 years focused on security in the telecommunications industry.Expertise in using security scanning tools such as Black Duck and Truffle Hog.Experience with penetration testing tools, particularly Burp Suite.Knowledge of secure coding practices and OWASP security principles.Proven track record of developing secure radio software solutions.Strong understanding of radio frequency (RF)
