The TSE plays a central role in executing training strategies and leading the end‑to‑end development of learning solutions for Defense and Security clients. In this role, you will oversee the execution of training analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation activities. You will collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders—including Senior Developers, Lead Instructional Designers, Device Owners, SMEs, GBTS teams, customers, and management—to ensure training solutions meet program requirements while balancing stakeholder needs. The TSE is also responsible for managing solution risks, coordinating cross‑functional teams, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across groups to deliver effective and compliant training solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute the training strategy and task resources across the ADDIE lifecycleCollaborate with Subject Matter Experts to gather and analyze data, conduct cognitive task analysis,
