At IRIS Aylmer, you will not be working in a traditional clinic. Our clinic is located in a beautiful century-old home in the heart of Aylmer, providing a warm, welcoming, and family-oriented environment where both patients and employees quickly feel at home.

We are looking for a dedicated team member who will contribute both to the clinical patient experience and to guiding patients in selecting the visual products best suited to their needs.

Your Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

- Welcome patients with professionalism and courtesy;
- Perform pre-testing procedures prior to eye examinations;
- Prepare patient files and records;
- Ensure the smooth flow of appointments;
- Collaborate closely with optometrists and the clinical team.

Sales and Patient Care Duties

- Assist patients in selecting eyeglass frames;
- Present various lens options and lens treatments;
- Answer patient and customer questions;
- Contribute to achieving clinic goals and objectives;
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from beginning to end.

Requirements

- Fluency in both French and English is required, as we serve both French-speaking and English-speaking patients on a daily basis;
- Experience in customer service or sales;
- Experience in the medical or optical field is considered an asset;
- Previous clinic experience is considered an asset.

Training on pre-testing procedures will be provided to the successful candidate.
