automation and develop reports to monitor efficiencyAct as primary point of contact with funders and internal stakeholdersIdentify execution issues, bottlenecks, and exceptions earlyProvide structured feedback to Technology teams on process and system builds and gapsSupport UAT and adoption of CMHC tools and workflowsYOUR CAPABILITIES AND CREDENTIALSBachelor's degree in finance or related field.3-5 years' experience in commercial banking; working on a variety ofCMHC Insured loans, syndications, etc.Knowledge of CMHC policies and corporate lending policies a must.Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets in Canada.Expert in financial statements and real estate analysis.Excellent Excel and data modelling skills.
