Position SummaryThe Shipper reports to the Logistics Supervisor and is responsible for accurate staging of shipments, preparing shipping documentation, loading and unloading trucks, picking orders, operating a forklift, and maintaining a clean finished‑goods area in a fast‑paced environment.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the secure operation of lift trucks in the shipping/receiving area.Pick product for shipments in FIFO order.Verify staged shipments exactly match paperwork and meet customer requirements.Verify loaded shipments exactly match paperwork and meet customer requirements.Handle finished goods in a manner that prevents product damage or deterioration.Document and communicate shortages or shipping discrepancies to the Shipping Coordinator and Supervisor.Operate a forklift as required.QualificationsForklift experience is required.Experience in shipping and/or receiving.Excellent attendance record.Self‑motivation and the ability to work independently.Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.Ability to work overtime, occasional holidays,
