You will be working with the estimating team to prepare accurate and competitive tenders for commercial interior renovations.ResponsibilitiesManage the execution of all competitive bids including all pre‑tender activitiesObtain competitive pricing from subcontractorsNegotiate subcontractor buyout processPrepare detailed and accurate bids for commercial tendersEnsure profitability of projects with error‑free budgetsWork directly with clients to provide conceptual budgets based on preliminary sketches,
