You’ll work closely with senior leaders, stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams to drive client growth, elevate market presence, and strengthen brand reputation.What You’ll DoBusiness DevelopmentPartner with a Senior BD Manager to support practice and industry groups in developing and executing growth strategiesConduct research and deliver insights to inform BD planning and initiativesEvaluate marketing and BD investments, including preparing business cases and ROI analysisSupport the preparation of submissions, pitch materials, and client-facing proposalsCollaborate with internal teams on events, conferences, and sponsorshipsContribute to RFPs and new business pitches, including drafting and coordinating materialsMarketingSupport the planning,



coordination and execution of the company's awards and client success programs.Partner with Communications and BD teams to promote company achievements and successes.Track, analyze, and report on A&R initiatives to maximize visibility and impactAssist with profile development for executives and stakeholders in the organizationCoordinate attendance and logistics for key award eventsWhat You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma
- 2+ years of experience in marketing (with emphasis on BD), communications, project management, or a related field
