Individual project values range from small specialist packages through to flagship developments of up to CAD $1bn in total value.Responsibilities and DutiesThis is a technically focused cost management role within an established buildings cost consultancy team, working predominantly in the pre-contract phase.Key responsibilities will include:Preparing detailed M&E; cost plans, estimates and budgets for large-scale building projectsUndertaking elemental and detailed cost analysis for both mechanical and electrical servicesManaging multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict internal deadlinesProviding cost advice during concept, schematic and detailed design stagesReviewing designs,
