This is a VP of Engineering role inside a publicly traded technology company operating at meaningful scale. The platform is established and mission-critical. The mandate now is evolution - strengthening systems, raising operational rigor, and scaling intelligently without slowing innovation.You’ll lead engineering and product as an integrated function, guiding the organization through its next phase of growth. A key focus is advancing AI-native and agentic capabilities while maintaining reliability, governance, and architectural integrity at public-company scale.What You’ll Be DoingLeading engineering and product through sustained scale in a public-company environmentSetting long-term technical and product strategy aligned with revenue, margin, and market expansion goalsArchitecting distributed systems designed for durability, compliance, and long-term extensibilityEmbedding a product mindset deeply within engineering decision-makingDriving adoption of AI-native and agentic system capabilities in a pragmatic, commercially viable wayPartnering with executive leadership and the board on roadmap, capital allocation, and risk managementCreating operational systems that increase velocity while improving predictabilityRemaining hands-on in critical architectural or strategic initiatives when requiredWhat They’re Looking ForDemonstrated experience scaling engineering organizations from Seed/Series A through IPO,
